Five patient exhibited subjective and objective evidence of inhibition of malignant process, of which four patient recieved combined X-ray irradiation.
These inhibitory effects semed to be transitory in most cases with one exception that one patient with seminoma recovered and continued to be well for five years of observation period following: the cessation of treatment.
The intramuscular, administration of 20-methylcholanthrene gave, rise to little untoward effects except probably a marked decrease. in leucocyte counts of the peripheral blood in three patients.
